What is internal noise?

Answer

Internal noise is not noise that is audible to outsiders. Instead, it is the noise our minds make when we are thinking and we cannot focus. Internal noise is often a reason why people cannot focus on the tasks they're working on. When communicating, internal noise can often make persons ignore the conversation completely and miss important parts in someone's thought. The noise can also be reminding us of our impressions of people and may cause us to judge a person before we know who they are.
