Is Mod Podge Waterproof?

Mod Podge is not waterproof. It is a water-base product. This means that it is impossible for it to be 100-percent waterproof. A coating would need to be put over it as a sealant in order to make it waterproof. Acrylic sealer is the best product to put over Mod Podge as a sealant. The outdoor Mod Podge products are also not 100-percent water resistant. They are also water/acrylic based and will wash off in water or heavy rains.
