Because Gatorade is enriched with vitamins, if you drink too much Gatorade it can be bad for you because you may end up with vitamin toxicity. Because of the calories in Gatorade, too much can also cause weight gain.

Too much of anything is bad for you, but it is not bad in moderation. If you are an athlete it can be good for you to drink Gatorade but keep in mind there are calories involved so if you are not trying to add calories and you don't work out very much then it might be better to limit the Gatorade and increase plain water.
