Is Vinegar Harmful?

Answer

Vinegar can be harmful if taken internally in excessive amounts. You would have to drink a lot of vinegar before you would feel sick. Vinegar actually has healing effects. If a type 2 diabetic takes 2 tablespoons of vinegar before each meal, he/she can control sugar spikes after eating. Vinegar is also great to use for cleaning glass surfaces, bathrooms, toilets, sinks, kitchen counters, pretty much any surface but wood. Just mix half vinegar and half water and you have yourself a natural cleaner, deodorizer, and de-greaser. You can find more information here: www.straightdope.com
