There are some limitations of the Freedom of Speech. It is necessary sometimes to limit one's freedom of speech for a variety of reasons. One reason is for national security. In times of war, the government may need to limit our right for free speech to protect us from enemies. Another reason it could be limited is if one threatens another person. It is not covered under free speech to be slanderous, obscene, or threaten to be a danger to another person.
