List of Right to Cure States?

Answer

A right to cure is a notice given to a person when a debtor is going to repossess something such as a vehicle. This is also true when a bank is going to foreclose on a home and the buyer has not paid the mortgage or does not have it caught up. There are states located around the country that have certain right to cure rules and regulations that the debtor must follow or it is an illegal action. A list of right to cure states include Colorado, Massachusetts, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, South Carolina, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
