It is very easy to make liquid starch. All that is needed is water and cornstarch. Add one tablespoon of cornstarch to 1/4 cup of cold water. Boil 3-3/4 cups of water and then add the cornstarch water mixture slowly while stirring. Lemon juice or essential oil can be added for fragrance. Let cool and fill spray bottle, your starch is ready to use.
