What are the inmate visiting hours for the Stark County jail in Canton?


Per the Stark County Sheriff's Office, inmate visiting hours for the Stark County Jail are Tuesday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m., noon to 1:45 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. Visitors may visit once each day.

Each inmate is allowed one half-hour visit per week with no more than two visitors per visit. In order to visit an inmate, a visitor must provide photo identification. Visitors must register by 10:30 a.m. if they wish to visit an inmate in the morning. For afternoon visits, visitors must register by 3:30 p.m. Visitors must wear proper attire and are not permitted to bring food, drinks or cell phones into the visiting room.
