The number of musicians who actually make it and get signed in to major record labels stands at below 50 percent. Most of the musicians quit and get regular jobs. The Bureau of Labour Statistics released a report that claimed that the number of Musicians in the U.S has declined to 40 percent as compared to results they had in the year 2000.
