Odds of Pregnancy after Vasectomy?

Answer

The odds of pregnancy after a man has a vasectomy is that an estimated 1 out of 100 of the operations will fail. A vasectomy is not considered a 100% method of birth control. Other birth control options need to be taken before having sex to prevent pregnancy. All men should have their semen tested every 3 months after having the procedure done. The semen analysis will show if any semen is able to produce children. A vasectomy is also reversible.
