For the first few weeks of your P90X workout your schedule should be, Day 1: back and chest, Day 2: Plyometrics, Day 3: shoulders and arms, Day 4: yoga, Day 5: legs and back, Day 6: Kenpo, Day 7: rest. During week 4, you concentrate on the following schedule, Day 1: yoga, Day 2: Core Synergistics, Day 3: Kenpo, Day 4: X Stretch, Day 5: Core Synergistic, Day 6: Yoga, Day 7: rest. The remaining weeks follow the first three weeks schedule only more intense.
