Xeon by far and away; it was designed as a server processor. The Pro introduced some new features many years ago when it came into being.

First of all, all the Pentiums are outdated, except for "Pentium Dual Core" Xeons is for servers, not for home/office usage, and costs a lot. It won't offer better performance
