Problems of Democracy?

As of the 21st century, problems with democracy include the people not being fully informed before they vote on decisions. A lack of political education is attributed to the knowledge of issues. Democracy is said not to offer stability. Ideas change daily and there is no plan to move forward. Corruption is also rampant in the political arena. Ideas that are good may be tossed away because of a popularity contest. A singular goal needs to be obtained.
