Push ups are a form of exercise to strengthen your arms, biceps and condition breathing. They are good for teens because they help them grow fit. When you want to perform perfect push ups, lie flat on a flat ground with both feet close together. Place your palms beside your chest, shoulder-width apart, with curled toes facing your head and feet balls on the ground. Raise the entire perfectly flattened body from the ground using your arms till the hands are straight open, curl your arms to assume a 90 degrees angle then do this repeatedly.
