What Are Some Questions to Ask a Suspect in a Murder Case?

Answer

Ask your suspect open-ended questions. Let him answer in his own words. Here are some of the most common questions they ask. Where were you the night of the murder? Do you know the victim if so what was their relationship to you (family, spouse, friend)? When was the last time you saw the victim? Did you get into a fight with them earlier? Who was with you at the time of the incident?
