What Are Reasons Why the Driving Age Shouldn't Be Lowered to 15?

Answer

The driving age shouldn't be lowered to age 15 because it is not safe for 15 year olds to be on the road. They are not mentally ready to handle the challenge of driving. By leaving the driving age where it is at we are protecting more people on the road than if we were to lower it.

Driving ages are decided differently in different locations, and largely governed by popular opinion, rather then by reasons. Therefore this question can never have a true answer.
