Relaxing Scents?

Answer

Relaxing scents are also known as calming scents, and they are often used in aromatherapy . The smell of green apples can be both calming and relaxing to many people, as can the smell of lavender whether in the form of oil or the actual plant. Another calming or relaxing scent that may actually lessen the flight or fight response is coconut. Peppermint in the form of essential oil, gum, mints, or mouthwash, can be used to control appetite. The essential oils with peppermint are most beneficial, but the gum, mints, and mouthwash have a similar but lesser effect.
