Radiculitis (reticulitis) occurs when a nerve is impacted or damaged. The pain from the damaged nerve will grow as the condition progresses. Depending on where the damaged nerve is, the person can experience pain in the back or neck. At times, the person will feel a numbness in the area along with a tingling feeling. The muscle will become weak making it hard to use the body part. A doctor can help a person who is suffering from the condition with medicine and possibly surgery.
