# Rounding to the Nearest Ten Thousand?

Numbers where the last four digits are below 5,000 should be rounded to thenearest lower ten thousand. For example, 41,000 would be rounded to 40,000. Numbers where the last four digits are at or above 5,000 should be rounded to the higher ten thousand. For example, 46,000 would be rounded to 50,000.
