How to Convert Metric to Sae?

SAE generally just means non-metric measurement. There's really no standard, mathematical way to convert every non-metric measurement to metric. (There's 12 inches in a foot, 3 feet in a yard, 5280 feet in a mile, and so on; it's all based on esoteric historical observations like the size of the king's thumb and has nothing to do with mathematics.) So we have to know what units we're talking about to convert.
