Are there any similarities between the Earth and Mercury?


Earth is similar to Mercury in a couple of ways. Both Earth and Mercury have very large iron-based cores. They also both orbit the sun and belong to our solar planet. Additionally, Mercury, much like Earth, has a very rocky surface.
