What are the positions in softball?

Answer

There are nine positions in softball, the same as in baseball. There is the catcher, pitcher, first base, second base, third base, short stop, right field, left field and center field. One of the main differences between softball and baseball, other than the ball itself, is that in softball the pitcher throws under handed and in baseball the pitcher throws over handed or side armed.
