A brief stabbing pain in the heart can be many things, but just to get it out of the way, very unlikely that it is heart disease. The pain could possibly be not in the heart but the chest. It could be something very less severe such as a pulled muscle, check if your family has history with heart disease and if so then you should probably check a doctor.
