Diplomacy is the negotiation of terms and contracts between states and countries. The current types of diplomacy are appeasement, soft power, monetary, gunboat, public, and nuclear diplomacy. With all types of diplomacy, it is an attempt to maintain peace and commerce between countries in order for both countries to thrive. Thus, diplomacy has been a thing that has been around since ancient times in countries such as China, India, Greece, Rome, and other parts of Europe.
