Vertical scrolling text is creation of text by applying the same marquee tag that creates horizontal scrolling text. When creating, start with loading your web page in your 'HTML' compiler. Secondly, put < marquee scrollamount='1' and then replace 'WIDTH' and 'LENGTH' with the size of your choice. Finally, enter the text of choice to scroll on the next line or lines and then write ' < /marquee > ' to close your marquee area.
