VW Passat TDI Faults?

Answer

In recent reviews for the VW Passat TDI, the reviewers didn't find many faults worth mentioning. In an Auto Week review written after driving a Passat TDI for six months, the reviewer expressed a high level of approval for the vehicle. During the six months the reviewer had use of the car, he drove 18,300 miles and never averaged less than 39.5 miles per gallon. The only thing he found fault with in his review was the lack of ease in pairing his smartphone to the car. The controls are not part of the center-mounted audio/navigation unit.
