What Are Advantages or Disadvantages of Using Metric System?


Advantages of using the metric system include easy communication about data throughout the world, simpler conversions, and the ease of relying on powers of ten rather than arbitrary other numbers. Disadvantages include the discomfort of learning a new system for older generations and the problems of having an older generation who grew up with the customary system being the ones to educate the younger generation in metric.
