What Are Dates Made from?

Answer

Dates are made form the dried fruit of the Phoenix dactylifera, commonly called the 'date palm'. They are over twenty different cultivars of the date palm, but, in all, the dates are oval with a large seed in the middle. Fresh dates are dried in the sun or through specific dehydrators.
