Total vegetarians only eat plant foods while lacto-vegetarians include dairy products in their diet. Lacto-ovo-vegetarians eat eggs as well as dairy products and pesco-vegetarians eat fish. Pollo-vegetarians eat poultry such as chicken, turkey and duck.
