What assessment methods have you been exposed to and how would you gauge their usefulness in selecting staff?
First I hhad to use some assessment methods to figure out that your asking about figuring out how to select your staff. Three methods stand out most and would be most helpful. They are Thinking Critically and Making Judgements, Solving problems and Developing plans and Performing procedures and demonstrating techniques. These are all methods used to select a good staff.
