The company's Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait also contains strawberries, blueberries, konjac flour and crunchy low-fat granola. The Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait is 5.2 ounces and 150 calories, and it contains 4 grams of protein and 2 fat grams. This nutritious snack is a good daily source of calcium as well as vitamins A and C.
