Itchy toes can be real pain and can be caused by various factors. One of the factors is athlete's foot. This is an infection of the foot by different fungi commonly known as Tinea pedis. This leads to the skin between toes, on soles, sides or upper part of the foot to be itchy. Cutaneous larva migrans is an immature type of various parasitic intestinal worms which can also cause itchy toes. This often found in faeces of cats, dogs or other animals.
