All countries in the world claim they are democratic except four countries and they are Vatican City, Saudi Arabia, Burma, and Brunei. Some countries that are partly democratic are Guatemala, Iran, and China.

Most of the countries in the world are democratic. However it is quite difficult to ascertain a specific number due to the constant change of Government regimes which have different ideologies.
