Which countries have no native snakes?

Some of the countries in the world that do not have snakes include New Zealand, Ireland, Greenland and Iceland to mention just a few. There are also islands in the Pacific Ocean and Caribbean that do not have snakes. Snakes are known to instil fear in most people just by virtue of their appearance.
