What Do People Wear to the Symphony?

Answer

Attending a symphony used to be an event to dress in a formal manner. It used to be a requirement to wear very formal clothing for all symphony performances. However, this concept has really changed a lot over the years. In today's symphony events, one can simply wear a pair of suit pants and a matching jacket. For the ladies, a nice simple dress that complements your body and has shoes to match with is always an appropriate thing to wear.
