What Do Russians Wear?


At present most Russians wear Western-style clothing on a daily basis and for special occasions. In ancient times a ‘rubashka’ (a long calf-length dress or long shirt originally made of homespun linen) was worn. Russians wear the same thing that people in the US wear. They will wear more hats, caps and sweaters because of the longer cold season that they have.
