What Do the Leaves and Acorns of the Burr Oak Tree Look like?

The leaves are 3 to 6 inches long and 2 to 5 inches broad. They vary in shape, sometimes looking like a flower, but they are dark green in color. The acorns are 0.8 to 2 inches long and 0.8 to 1.5 inches broad. They have a large cup that wraps around a large portion of their sides. The acorns are two shades of brown because the cap is a light color of brown and the nut itself is a darker shade.
