Bumblebees are social insects that are characterised by black and yellow body hairs, often in bands. However, some species have orange or red on their bodies, or may be entirely black. For its breeding, in the vagina there is a container called the spermatheca. This is where the queen stores sperm from her mating. Bumble Bees produce eggs that hatch into larvae, which develop into pupae, which metamorphose into adults.
