What Does a Poblano Pepper Look like?


It is a large, mild, green chile pepper that is heart-shaped with thick walls, making them good for stuffing and it originated from Puebla, Mexico. When it is dried, it's called Ancho and has a brownish-red to chocolate color with a rich chili flavor.
