What Does a Snake Hole Look like?

Snake holes are very similar to holes that mice, or chipmunks will dig, so it's very difficult to say for sure if a hole that you see is in fact a snake's hole. There are roughly 2,400 species of snakes in the world. The first step you want to take is to ensure the snake that is living in the hole is not a danger or venomous. There are four dangerous venomous snakes: rattlesnakes, copperheads, cottonmouths and coral snakes.
