What Does Aflac Cover?

Aflac is not medical insurance in the conventional sense and as such does not cover anything. In other words, it does not have deductibles and co-pays and does not put money directly toward medical bills. What Aflac does is pay a lump sum to its customer which they can then apply however they wish toward medical bills or any other kind of expense. The amount they pay depends upon the severity of the injury or illness.
