What Does an Infected Burn Look like?


An infected burn looks different based on the type and degree of the burn. Infected chemical, fire, or electrical burns have a different appearance based on origin. The shared appearance for any and all regardless of origin is the color change, the thickness, discharge and even a fever, all of which require medical attention.
