What does "mu shu" mean in Chinese?


Mu shu also known as moo shu pork is a dish originating from northern Chinese most probably from Shadong. Traditionally in Chinese, it is made of pork meat and scrambled eggs which are stir fried in sesame mixed with wood ear mushrooms and day lily buds.
