What Does the Surface of Uranus Look like?

Answer

In 1781, British astronomer William Herschel accidentally discovered the planet Uranus. It was the first planet ever discovered. Since that time, scientists have determined that Uranus is made up of a fluid mix of ammonia ices, methane and water. While the planet has no discernible surface features, the gases make the plant look like a translucent ball of blue and green colors.
