The lesions may be generalized or localized and the distribution is usually symmetrical. White hairs may appear on the affected areas and whitening of the scalp, eyebrows and beard hair may also occur.

It is nothing to worry about. As far as I know, there is no treatment for vitiligo, you simply don't have any pigment in that area. I've had it at hand, feet, and groin all my life.
