In his final years, Elvis experimented with many drugs. He is known to have used Ethinamate, Dilaudid, Valium, Percodan, Biphetamine, Dexedrine Amytal, Carbital, Demerol, Cocaine hydrochloride, Ethinamate and Ritalin among others. He died as a result of a drug overdose in 1977.
