Tarantulas biggest threat is from humans. A few bird will eat them, but the big spider can even scare bird away. One unique natural predator is the spider wasp. There are quite a few things that will eat tarantula's including some that will surprise you. They actually can be eaten by humans and are good protein if stuck in the desert.
