There are a lot of traditional generic systems, like the one mentioned above. It really depends on your specific needs, size, processes etc.
If you are fairly small, You may want to look at Nolapro. They had developed a system specifically for printers. There are also a few good opensource systems that you may want to consider such as xtuple Postbooks, and Openerp. The nice thing about Open source solutions is that you can do as much evaluation and testing as you like, without purchasing licenses. They are also conducive to customization, since the source code is included. And they have 3rd party app stores with extensions for different industries. But I strongly recommend reliable commercial support from one of the local partners.
