What Four Gases Do We Breathe Out?

Answer

We exhale (breath out) nitrogen, oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide and helium. Water vapour and small amounts of other gases are also exhaled during this process. More oxygen and carbon dioxide is exhaled compared to the amount that was inhaled.
