The graduation ceremony will enter the hall 20 minutes earlier, grandaunts will then be asked to stand while the academic procession enters. Grandaunts and guests will remain seated for the vice chancellor welcome address and the president of the academic board would request all grandaunts to stand up. The president of the academic board will then request the chancellor to admit the grandaunts to their respective degrees. Finally any special awards will then be presented.
